The staff were very friendly and helped us when needed.

The comfort of the bed was very poor. I don't think it was worth the prices we paid,but this was also last minute planning. Also,didn't like that the doors didn't close to the outside in the hallway. We later found that someone put tape so it wouldn't lock.

Marvellous and awesome location, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

We had an awesome time in this shopping hotel in Metairie. Incredibly comfortable and beautiful rooms and central heating, pay television and a microwave included. Regarding service, it was excellent with a shuttle to the mall. Plus, high-speed internet access throughout the property was really handy. The airport was 20 minutes drive from the place.

They offer updated, recently refurbished rooms with easy to use furniture and decorative closets, as example.

The staff worked! There was one many who worked into the night pressure washing the garage. The next morning he was painting. I point this out as an example of how the whole staff truly makes an effort to ensure a worthy stay.

It can be difficult to get to if you do not have clear directions.

This place was a good match for a relaxing holiday in Metairie with good value for money. I appreciated the friendly staff who quickly checked me in and helped me print something. For those staying, remember to bring your own shower gel.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free parking, 24-hour reception, and fitness centre. The staff were helpful when I lost my car keys on my first stay. I can't wait to come back for the weekend!

The door scraped loudly, but I enjoyed the spacious and clean room.

I was kinda surprised by the warm decor and inviting atmosphere at Hampton Inn Metairie. The spacious room was easily accessible, and the staff were very thoughtful in accommodating my needs as a senior traveler.

The staff was super friendly and always greeted us with smiles. The breakfast was a highlight, especially making our own waffles. It was great being close to local attractions like the mall and the museum we visited for my daughter's birthday.

The room was super cozy with a nice corner chair perfect. The staff were cute and really were really nice too help me with everything. I especially loved the delicious breakfast options-they had a variety of choices, made mornings enjoyable!

I had a fantastic 2-night stay in a cozy Queen Room, and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices. The pool area was perfect for relaxing after a fun day exploring, and I loved the sun loungers for soaking up the sun. Just a heads up, I noticed the parking situation could get a bit tight during busy times, but overall, I had a great experience! 😊

The door of my room was dragging, a hassle for me and likely annoying for neighbors. The pool looked dirty , raising eyebrows since I've seen cleaner pools after rain at other places. The pillows in the room are small, only resembling throw pillows, which didn't provide the comfort I prefer. A big downside was the wet, slippery spot on the parking deck that took me by surprise. Thankfully I caught myself, but it could be a serious hazard. Lastly, the highway view from my room wasn't exactly relaxing. The noise was manageable with the blinds down, but it still felt a bit off.

The location was convenient, and the room had potential, but the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The staff were friendly, yet I encountered several issues with the room that were disappointing and affected my experience significantly.
